Anzac Biscuits

   Anzac Biscuits

Ingredients

1/2 a cup of flour

1/3 a cup of sugar

2/3 a cup of coconut

3/4 a cup rolled oats 

50g of butter

1 tablespoon golden syrup

1/2 of a tablespoon baking soda

2 tablespoons boiling water

Instructions

get a bowl 

melt the butter and golden syrup in the microwave
get a cup add hot water and baking soda

add to the bowl and mix

Add flour, sugar, coconut, rolled oats and mix 

turn on the oven to 180° get a baking tray 

put some baking paper on the tray

put the dough on the tray

one tablespoon

pushed it down with a fork

then put the tray in the oven and leave it in the oven for 15 minutes

when they are ready you will know because they will be brown

safety instructions

you will have to put a timer on for 15 minutes and you need to check them so they don't get burnt

be careful of the hot baking tray when you take it out the oven you might need an adult to help you and then you leave the biscuits to cool down and then you can have a nice biscuit to enjoy.

 

book review

Hello everyone,

Today i am going to do a book review on the map makers race.

The map makers race is a very good book and it has lots of details, and full of emotions and drama.

I like it when humph calls the river stupid annoying River.

What I didn't like about the story was that there was not much funny parts in the story.

And in the end they found ma and the kids were surprised and they got a lot of genise and use some of the money to go and find pa 

sometimes in the story they were quite sad because they were missing ma

Hello everyone

Today i'm going to talk to you about what I have doing in the lockdown.
On the night before Easter Sunday I baked a cake and it was a five layered cake. It was a bunny made out of white icing and the bunnies head was in the cake, but it's ears where poking out of the cake. It was so delicious, It had icing between every layer. The icing was pink and white and green. The Bunny's cotton tail, was made out of white icing and we just covered it in sugar.

My class and I have online meetings and we use Zoom to do our meetings.
