Anzac Biscuits

   Anzac Biscuits


Ingredients
1/2 a cup of flour
1/3 a cup of sugar
2/3 a cup of coconut
3/4 a cup rolled oats 
50g of butter
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1/2 of a tablespoon baking soda
2 tablespoons boiling water

Instructions
get a bowl 
melt the butter and golden syrup in the microwave
get a cup add hot water and baking soda
add to the bowl and mix
Add flour, sugar, coconut, rolled oats and mix 
turn on the oven to 180° get a baking tray 
put some baking paper on the tray
put the dough on the tray
one tablespoon
pushed it down with a fork
then put the tray in the oven and leave it in the oven for 15 minutes
when they are ready you will know because they will be brown
safety instructions
you will have to put a timer on for 15 minutes and you need to check them so they don't get burnt
be careful of the hot baking tray when you take it out the oven you might need an adult to help you and then you leave the biscuits to cool down and then you can have a nice biscuit to enjoy.
